12" BTL Handling power

I know the BTL can handle loads of power, but would it be able to handle 3K RMS daily? I mean like full tilt most of the time, since I drive on the freeway alot, atleast a hr or 2 drive a day.

3k watts is ALOT of power, i dont care what sub your running, i dont know how long it will be happy going full blast, but you would be fine as long as you dont smell coil, and if you do just back the volume down a bit

Is this going to be an ACTUAL 3kw, or a rated 3kw? Like, if the amps is rated 3k @ 14.4v, can your electrical keep up at 14.4?

I'm asking because I know my MT (pretty much the same handling as BTL) can take my GP3k (3000w @ 1ohm @ 13.8v iirc), but my voltage drops to 12.7 so it's not truly seeing 3k, plus impedance rise and whatnot.

i run my btl on 3k daily. i've run it for HOUR AND HOURS on end. i think the max i did was 7hrs straight when i drove up to miami and back.
