Does it have to be an aero? You could make a hexagon/octagon port and get near the same performance for a lot cheaper.

OP you can also get flared sheet metal that will work very well. Needs to be deadened sometimes though.

Sheeeittt. Keep that on the DL brah.

But yeah, sheet metal works well, as long as you deaden it to prevent unnecessary resonances. Using a sono tube and then fiberglassing it and making some flares for it is also an option.

I make 11 and 12" aeros out of birch and sonotube and psycho acoustics makes the adjustable steel ones.
