1000w @ 8 or 2ohms

Anyone know of a semi-cheap plate amp thats running somewhere around 1000w at 2 or 8ohms? The Ti is D4 so that's kinda making this a pain in the ***. I checked pe but the one 1kW plate amp I saw was @ 4ohms.

Build your own? Beef up the 4 ohm one from PE to handle 2 ohms..

I'm not into my EE courses yet and my literature isnt quite that detailed, so I would be unable to do so maybe Frostie knows how to and could help since he is close.

Yeah....you probably won't find a plate amp that powerful.

Plenty of rack-mount style amps though.

Already on it, decided on a Behringer Europower 2500. Just have to get the appropriate adapters.
