10" or 12" cvx

i've decided to get a single cvx in a custom ported box. but im not sure weather tho to get a 10in or 12in. im looking so good SQ, and if it helps i have a 95 honda civic coupe........... thanks

Get a 12" if you don't care about trunk space, get a 10" if u want a little more trunk space.

they don't need huge boxes or power. the wife's 15" cvx is in just a little over 2.25cubes, tuned around 34hz, getting a clean ~450wrms and her entire truck just flat out shakes.

tehy'll eat alot more power then that, but it isn't needed. personally, i would do the 12", put it in around 1.75 at 34hz, give it a good 750-1000wrms and deaden the hell outa your car, lol.

600 will be plenty, though the cvx will handle more.

sq will depend alot on enclosure. they are not ultimate sq woofers, but they can sound good and get loud.

Get a 12..............i have 2 and they are crazy loud and they sound good doing it
