I tried searching, but it appears that search is still FUBAR. Anyhow, I was wondering if there was such a thing as a 10 or 12" subwoofer that digs deep in a sealed enclosure? The space I have to work with should be around 1.25 cubic foot or less per sub, with a 6.5" maximum mounting depth. I've been playing around with modeling software, and it appears that most sealed enclosure subs have a F3 in the 45 to 55 Hz range, which makes me question their ability to dig deep, even with cabin gain. Thus far, the discontinued Phoenix Gold RSDc 12 has caught my attention. Is there anything else out there that I should be looking at? Also, my budget is $600 or less per sub, so I am sure that should narrow things down.
