1 mtx 9500

hi this is my first post here and am going to be ordering an mtx 9500......i am wandering if i should go with the 12 or 15....i want something that iwll get very loud but stay clear sounding.....this will be going in a cavy hooked up to an mtx 1501 d also.....i used to have 2 polk momos and blew them and have been told that one 12 9500 would blow the 2 polks away....what do you think....thanks

well, (1) 12 most likely wont blow the two momo's away but it should sound good. I would go with the 15". Should sound nice and be plenty loud. Put er in a nice sized ported box and itll be loud as hell.

I have would recommed going with the MTX 9500 15" subwoofer. The 12" is very nice, but I think you would like the 15" much better. I would also recommend having a custom box built by MTX standards. Depending on what you are wanting to do with the sub MTX has several different choices on enclosures.
