brahma has better SQ but 2 type r will be louder, with that much power you have, it mite be better to go with type r unless your gonna keep the gains down for the brahma

1 btl 18 ( FL ) on 5 k will be good. A guy here in canada has brahma's stocked in his store, and he has one 15 in his car, the latest generation brahma. and i must say i was very impressed, got low as hell, sounded awesome and had nice tight clean bass... i guess xbl^2 tech is pretty good.

Usually you want around 8 cubes for an 18" sub after sub displacement.
