1 15 or 2 12's?

ok so i am setting up my 93 firebird formula with a system.

i am in a tough decision... here are my choices unless you guys can offer me a better alternative. i am going for being loud as i can but still retain decent sound.

1. 2 Diamond audio D6 12's

2. 2 Diamond audio D9 12's (buying one sub and buying the next in like a month)

3. 1 (possibly 2) D9 15's

each sub would be powered buy a Directed audio 2400 watt amp (1200@ 1 ohm i believe)

never set up a firebird before so looking for the loudest sub setup.

i believe this answers it...if you look at option 3 ***** is replaced by D9 15" Subwoofers

d9s, si mags (bout 100 bucks more each, need a little less power tho)

id max (also more expensive)

just go d9 15s

do what subs you can fit. there may not be enough room for 2 15's.

i can fit 2 12's no problem in the back t-top well no problem.

as far as the 15's go there going to be facing back with a properly built box... my firebird will jsut be turned into a two seater while they are in there.
