OK since this sub is a quad VC can I hook up only two terminals and wire down to a 1 ohm load instead of hooking up all 4 terminals to get a .5 ohm load? WIth no ILL side effects. Its a d2 BTW.

Lol can't believe no one caught this. If the sub is a DUAL 2 OHM (quad coils are Q4/Q2) then it will have 4 terminals (2 positive and 2 negative).

LOL my bad it just popped in my mind that i typed that but you beat me to it. the sub is a q4 my bad but thanks guys!!
