Hello,

Ok I just took out the stock radio and replaced it with an Alpine. However I get no sound coming out of it.

The Yukon has the bose system and I tried hooking up the amp wire from the alpine to the stock amp, but still wouldnt come on.

I tried hooking it to the wire that has black tape on it, which if removed reveals the wire.

Am I doing something wrong.

Is the headunit not coming on, or is there no sound coming out of it, those are two different problems...

u need some adapter if it has the bose system, i had to do this for my avalanche.
