i have that 10" l7 w/ kicker 750.1 setup, for a truck it will be more than enough. i'm suffocating mine and it still gets plenty loud

02's are 3rd Gens, 91-01 are second gen.

I pulled the back seat when i had my 97 ex-cab and put 3 12's in its place.Got very loud. I would rather lose my rear seats then my console, but thats just me. If you really dont want to remove the back seats Your best bet is one of the under seat boxes posted.
