02 Cavalier, what would get loud?

OK I plan on getting my moms car soon, an 02 Cavi 2 door, to replace my single cab Ranger, Im sick of not having room and stuff. So I want to do a system in this thats gonna get LOUD, but want a budget of around $6-700. Thats not including an HU, just wiring,battery,subs,a couple sheets of MDF,amp/amps,door speakers. What would be my best best? I was thinking 2 Type Rs ported, but that might be above my budget Im thinking about 1 good 12 or 1 15...any ideas guys? Any help is appreciated! And does anyone here have a Cavi? BTW, I am going for SPL.

my nieghbor has a cavalier and we just built a box today for one kicker 15'' L5 in 3 cubes vented w/ a JBL 1200.1 and it was hitting pretty dang hard

Kicker L515 - about 230$

JBL 1200.1 - about 350$

Thats the kinda deal I was thinkin about...how loud do you think it was? Im looking for enough bass to make normal people want to get out lol.

yeah it was that loud, cavaliers a small car. If you go with one solorbaric 15'' make the box 3 or 3.5 cubes vented and youl be bangin plenty hard

Word, Im wantin to shut this guy up that had 2 12" Diamonds on like 1000 watts a peice ported in a Grand Am, it was crazy loud. I hope I can get as loud as that.

Sonic FX, I think Matt281 from team pwnage is selling a couple maybe he will part em. Im running a sonic FX in my corsica and it is loud as hell.
