'00 Mitsubishi Galant?

Im working on one of these tommorow and im not too fond of mitsubishis but im gonna assume its similar to a honda accord or something like that. Im doing a deck install, and probably subs/amp. Ghetto install right now on the amp wiring, theres an 8ft long 10 gauge ground going to a bolt on the trunk latch, and the RCAs are ripped off. Is there any issues with mounting the amp on the back of the seat and grounding it directly to the trunk floor? Havent seen the amp yet but its some sort of "2000 watt quantum". Dude had his deck stolen so im gonna have to fab up brackets to hold the radio in, the factory mounting points and brackets were broken off/stolen. i never had succes mounting my amp on there in my 1999, I just use the box to mount em. The ground I run into the seat bolt on the back seat.

Alright. Care to give any install tips on how to remove the seat and such? I got the deck and everything all figured out. Just wanna make sure i get a good ground.
