subwoofer speaker problem

When I plug my amp and woofer into my car, only the woofer works, the speakers inside my car and trunk dont work with/ or without a woofer and amp. Only the woofer produces a little bit of sound, which doesnt help me because its in the trunk. . I do not know what to do now. My stereo system is...
