passat 2012 subwoofer

Hi, This would be my 1st sub and amp in car Is there anything wrong with my setup or i am asking for too much bass on low budget 290rms? Does trunk in sedan block a lot of bass ? Do i need to move my sub position ? is .75 inch layer of fibreglas on all sides of enclosure and .25 inch on top...
