jvc kw-v120bt

Hello and thank you in advance. Just had Car Tunes install the JVC KW-V120BT yesterday. When you pause the CD or turn the unit down, it get a kind of feedback noise. The kind of buzz you would get when not tuned to any station. Is this a setting or an install issue? Thank you....
