ic... well I was at radio shack and couldn't find any of the connector pins with the wings, so I am not sure...also I'm having a tough time getting the pins out, haha.... any help for what tool to use?

to be honest I am not sure, I don't know much about car audio but the wire harness that attaches to the car for the head unit? from the factory not the one you buy... and it seems to be a lot smaller then the things are you holding....?

I have a question on the wire harness pins, How do you pop out the old pin and put in a new one? I damaged my old one so I was thinking about replacing the pin ? Also does radio shack sell pins for the wire harness?
