I have a 2016 ram truck and had replaced the cheap original radio with a cheap Sony, but it worked ok and the backup camera worked great. I I opted to upgrade to the pioneer with dual cameras and the radio is far superior to the Sony......EXCEPT the rear camera function. With the ignition ON...

I just bought the 5800 pioneer and absolutely love it....EXCEPT that backup camera works perfectly when the ignition switch is ON, but with the engine running it does not!! Any suggestions????
