    Memphis Coaxial Speakers

The shop I've done some work for has always sold Memphis. In terms of co-axials you may as well go with the entry line, because the step up (MClass) has no significant difference. The component sets (MSYNC) are a fairly significant improvement, and their power ratings are based solely on the...

    Memphis M3mojo

based on what you've said, I'd probably tell you to go with the Diamond ... the mojos are definately designed for spl, they'd do you fine, but you'll probably want the Diamonds more

they are solid amps as they keep up with their stats, just remember to put give it adequate ventilation, the PR amps can run pretty hot at low ohm loads

Sketching out mid-high end system, opinions?

Get the VQ's they are worth it ... friend ran them in an over-sized box as a set of temporaries and I still liked how they sounded (customizing the voice-coil pole piece made it possible) ... unfortunately he fried the one of them with his Alpine 1000W (don't know the model name) ... funny part...

    panasonic CQ-C9800U anygood ?

those are max powers ... the 9700U has a max of 60Wx4 (23Wx4 RMS) and the 9800U has a max of 70Wx4 (25Wx4 RMS) or something close to those on the RMS ... but these are still much higher than the average 18Wx4 RMS of other decks

Image Dynamics sub and Memphis amp are in!

Nice looking setup, it's clean and simple. Don't forget to give credit to your amp too for the clarity. I had my Memphis M3 powered by an older Kicker amp (300W) for a while and when I changed to a USAmps 500DE (300W @ 4ohms), I could not believe the difference in the clarity.
