    The resistance across the sub's terminals was about 5.8ohms on either side. Though I don't trust my dmm for small ohm values that much.     OP here. It is the sub pictured; it has the amp incorporated. Yes they are only made by Crutchfield. However I did buy mine used.     I just put in a Sound Ordnance BP8T. It turns on. I cannot hear it when my speakers are on, because it is so quiet. I turned off my speakers and could just barely hear bass coming out of the sub. I have toyed with all of the knobs. Yes the power and gnd are 8AWG. Any ideas?
