American Bass TNT 1044 is only around 120 and doesn't take much power (maybe 500watts rms) to get you bumping pretty good. I own the 15'' model and it slams on the lows.

Just curious because I replaced the subs in my cerwin vega at-12 floor speakers with some old pioneers I had laying around and they work like a dream even running off an old JVC receiver from the 90s lol

My SUV is currently out of commission and I had a stupid thought... I wonder if my home theater receiver would put out enough power to make my AB TNT 15 move even a little. It just feels a shame for it not to be used right now in my brick of a vehicle.

Do you approve of that Rockford? I almost bought an AudioPipe APCL15001D but at the very last minute a friend of mine recommended the Rockford. It seems to be doing fine. It lets the sub shake the car for like 30min before it even show sighs of heat.

Anything above 55-60 is pretty much non existent but for the music I listen to with LOTS of bass it doesn't really matter to me.
