Okay I have about 600-700 to get a system (ie head unit, speakers, and an amp if necessary) I want to purchase a sub but i am strapped for cash (what cheap sub and amp combo would u suggest) The sub needs to be able to be run with a cheap amp also.

I know Sony has let us down in the past in the genre of car audio but these look at least cooler than the last bunch. Anyone know how they sound?

Would an O series be that much better than a K series sub? Cause the amp could power one of either type?

How good are these? I have heard a regular basslink and was quite impressed... Enough bass to add some low end and save money for new comps (instead of the shit paper coned ones standard). I was wondering if going for the "X" version adds much... thx a bunch
