My best friends wife was going through her storage unit and found a 15in rockford fosgate Punch Z its in a nice covered box and then there is a kicker 250.2 amp thats with it she is wanting like $150 is that a decent deal and both are in excellent shape?

Also will be looking into adding another amp later on to replace all the 6.5 speakers in the doors but that will be after adding the amp for the sub and the sub itself.
