kicker 1/0 AWG to a kicker 1250 amp??

It's fine to shave it down; the amount of loss associated will be minimal. If you mean unsafe voltage levels, then no, it will not. I know stinger makes reducers that go from 0 to 4 guage that could be used to plug right into the amp without shaving. I think I saw them on ebay.

    I'm addicted... (TC or SI?)

Not certain if anyone mentioned this but you're not exactly giving that sub that much power running the Sundown at 2 ohms (1.4 is DC resistance). I would try a ported box and about 2k for power before you give up on it.

    Looking for an amp...

Here are a few I found. http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=14871 http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=17890 http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=14687 There are actually quite a few in your...

    are kenwood amps good(decent)

May as well get the one with more power for the same price. I would be very impressed if it put out 900 watts with only a 60 amp fuse rating. You can find these a little cheaper on ebay and may even find an Excelon for that price.

    Amp(s) for Tc3000

You might want to consider just using two due to their wiring options. Two would give you a 1 ohm load and maximize your amp's power instead of having three at some weird load and giving them less power. Just something to consider.

    box position

Generally speaking, low frequencies magnify with reflection, which explains why you put your home theater sub in the corner of the room or face your sub to the rear of the vehicle. I have no experience with subs in the back seat so someone else will have to help you there.

    Good Amped Rear Fill 5.25" ! ! ! ?

I don't know how much money you want to spend but you could go with these to match your front. http://www.adst.com/products/mobile/2series/245ix.asp Also, if you don't want to update your electrical I would not consider running all that power.

    tc sounds?

Simple, to be more competitively priced with other companies. I harldy think they're cheap though, but now I think you're getting what you pay for.

STILL having problems with BA Pro 60's

Something else you could try is using a different RCA cable and trying the rear pre out on your h/u to see if the front one is possibly weak. I am very interested because these components are on my list to get in the very near future.

    Eclipse Sub ??

I didn't mean anything offensive by what I said and I actually think your setup will look real nice once everything is cleaned up. I was speaking from my own experience. I had about 680 watts going to mine and I thought it could take more. Also, I looked at these amps for the first time after...

getting cubic feet of a box by dimensions

If you know all the necessary dimensions/areas/volumes all you have to do is plug them into the equation in the link I supplied above. Otherwise you can download Winisd pro and figure it out using that.

    *Box Build* 4.5 cubes @ 34 hz.

Bracing volume can be a lot or a little depending on how much you use. You just have to compensate for it in your design. The same goes for the port brace.
