viper 791xv remote start

i have a viper 791xv remote start alarm everything is installed and it works fine its just when its cold out it doesnt start up on the first try sometimes its take till the 4th. where is the crank adjustment and how to i adjust it?

can you hook a 18" solo x DVC 1ohm and set it to run at 2ohms i seen this site that says you can but want to make sure
