Adires sounded really nice in my doors. They were in IB. It required quite a bit of power to get them moving. Had about 60w RMS @ 8ohms and they can get pretty loud, but they shine at around 100w rms from what I've read. Lots of midbass, very clean and smooth, just lacked a little midrange...

Functionality: 10 Appearance: 8.5-9? It has very minor knicks on the heatsink, nothing major though. A little dusty too.

when you turn up your gains, check to see which speakers volumes aren't changing. If your rears volume are changing then the amp is powering your rears and another set. Maybe that could be the reason why your mids aren't as loud, they might be powered by the HU while tweets and rears are powered...
