Thanks for all the advice, it was indeed a wire that had come loose. Pulled the radio back out and reconnected it, all is good. Thanks again!

So I replaced my stock radio with one I've had for a while that I like better (Sony cd player). I connected all the wires by hand and tape (no connector assembly) and everything was great....until yesterday. I went to lunch, listened to the radio, no prob. 3 hours later I start up the car to go...
