PROBLEM SOLVED I switch the RCA to the other set of outputs, works fine, fade now works too. Hah, I feel pretty stupid, but thanks for your help guys.

Sorry, bare with me, you must remember that you know a lot more about car audio than I ever will. I didn't even realize they are both ouputs, I'm going to go switch it really quick to see if that is the problem. I have a Pioneer DEH-P3700MP

The back of my HU had two sets of female RCAs, now they are not marked for some reason, and I lost my HU manual, so I was assuming one was an input, and one was an output, I just picked one and hooked it to my amp and it worked, are you saying that I should try to other set? I'm not sure what...
