i hard wired the hu in and i didnt think when you said 4 gauge and i went the the hardware store and saw 4 gauge wir and was like thats rediculiously to big so i got 10 gauge and ran that to the head unit and now the volume will go up to like 24 until the sub hit really hard and the head unit...

would it help if i ran i thicker guaged wire to my head unit

i dont have a voltage meter but the head lughts do not dim or the iterior gauge panel lights i checked all of my connections the other day they are solid with gold audio connectors

ok how do i fix this problem because i cant realy hear it with the windows down on the parkway before it shuts off

when i have my system on and my bazooka tube in the rear hits hard the head unit will restart itself until you lower the volume can someone help me out with this

yes i did everythimg is solid on with gold audio connectors

the head unit goes up to 40

also i have a bazooka sub in the back with a pioneer head unit and two 6" xplods in the front and stock in the rear i could barely hear the sound on the parkway with the windows downand the volume as high as it will go before it shuts off

my head unit shuts off when the volume is higher then 16 can you help solve this problem thanks, DJ
