I just got the sub box in the mail today and measured it. Looks like the only subs that will fit are the Kicker Comp VR and the Polk MM1040. Which of those 2 would be louder in a ported box? Any other shallow mount subs that would be better?

I need suggestions for some 12s for my brothers truck. His mono amp does 700 watts rms at 2 ohms Mounting depth is 6 inches max. I haven't been on here in years don't know whats good anymore.

Pioneer, its CEA-2006 compliant. Hifonics tend to overrate their amps.

I would think so their other class d amps are.

I own both and the L7 is louder with the same amp.
