I was looking at the HSK165.4 only a 10 dollar diff there so that's a no brainer lol. I think my local retailer gave me the wrong price. He said 575 for those.

I'm mainly looking at buying from woofersect. they do they're own in house warranty but was hoping to buy from them but mainly worried about them being real not fakes.

Hope I don't get killed for this but, has any one had good luck buying hertz speaker off the web? I have heard people say that the ones from the web are not real or some other problems. I was hoping to save some money buying online but not if I can't get the real deal. Thanks for any input!!

Could you tell a difference from the DD to the sundown?

I currently have the pioneer4300 but it will be replaced soon. And the amp wont be bridged. It runs my rear fill as well. However I may in the future get a second 4 channel and run active, but not sure I'm ready for that yet. lol

Also with the Rockford's it almost seems like there is a big gap between the mid and tweet. like the mid needs more upper response that it has.

I like the rockford but the older I get I tend to lean a little more toward a little less bright tweeter. The t2 has a metal tweeter.

So I have a new sundown sax100.4v2 and currently have Rockford t2 components in the doors. They sound good but after listening to some Hertz HSK 163 3 way components at SBN I fell in love with them. My question is will the sundown do them justice as far as sound and also would they be loud...
