It sounds like you do indeed have a blown channel. Unfortunately there is probably not an easy fix aside from taking the amp apart and replacing each blown component (resistors, capacitors, etc.). What kind of amp is it? how many watts? 2 channels?

I have a slightly older model Kenwood cd player head unit with the motorized face. It has the 4 digit passcode activated on it. Does anyone know of anyway to get past this code? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
