I had 2 10w7's and they are not a good speaker and a big waste of money. I love jl but i had professionals say they are not impressive.

The belt squeal could be solved with some belt dressing spray found at an auto parts store for under 5 bucks. Spray both flat and ribbed sides of belt, sometimes it will work on the first try, sometimes it may take a few applications, or it may not work at all but for five dollars i'd try this...
