I fully trust the amp does it's rated power, I was just wondering if my 12v battery would allow it to put out these numbers!

Hey guys, I plan on picking up a q1-1200 soon and running it at 1 ohm for it's full power of 1200 watts. However on the website it says this is rated at an output power of 14.4v. Would I still get the full 1200 watts at 1 ohm if my battery was only a 12v?

I'm trying not to spend over $150. I was hoping to get 2 sets of speakers. Door and rear. Not sure if $150 is enough for 2 sets of speakers that can sound good with the sub though.
