OK these are the final choices, been researchin for a few weeks and its down to these two sets that are in my budget RAINBOW CS 265 PROFI PHASE PLUG or Focal 165k2p Can anyone describe the differences between the two as far as mids and highs and SQ im gonna give them 150 watts per channel...

so focal 165k2p or cdt which model of the cdts would compare to those focals? any other suggestions?

then what should i do for rears?
