I don't understand. The subs say 2 ohms @ 500W RMS. I have 2 of the same sub, so wouldn't that be 1000W RMS @ 2 ohms for both of the subs? The amp puts out 1000W RMS @ 2 ohms.

Problem solved. I took my subs out, found out that PURPLE was Positive, Silver was negative. Subs were connected correctly, but the wires that I used to connect the 2 subs was switched. So I had positive from the amp goin to negative on the subs, and vice versa. I changed it up and it sounds...
