I didn't ask about the warranty, but I guess if they are an authorized dealer then it should come with the warranty right? Guessing since its Good Guys it would come with the warranty. I was thinking the same thing about the 5444 and the 8454, differences are minimal (display and 8v preouts)...

Hey guys, my local Good Guys is having a clearance on Eclipse headunits 35% off. Saw the 5444 for $379.99 so with the discount it'll be $247. Should I jump on it? Is it a good price?
