Hey guys- i just ordered a 15" tempest and im trying to figure out what amp i would need. The guys at adire audio said i could put 400-500 watts into it with my enclosure, and i need to know what type of amp i need to be looking for. Is it supposed to be a mono amp or 2 channels or what? Thanks...

Hey thanks. I just want to make sure a 1000 watt amp will be an accurate supply for two 4 ohm subs at 500rms. Im trying to decide between these or a 1 15" brahma. As mentioned SQL is a big deal but i would like it to be loud as well. What do you all think, thanks, Will

Are the phoenixes more geared towards SPL or SQL? I want a 50/50 mix probably- also, im confused about ohms. If i have a 1000 watt mono amp, and the subs are 4 ohms, how much power will actually be going to them. They're 500 watts rms a piece and I want to make sure its enough. Thanks

Theres a local delaer that is selling them the C3s for- 399 including box for the 300 watt version and 699 including for the 500 watt version? Is this a rediculous price? Would i be better off ordering two shivas? Also is a 1000 watt hifonics enbougn power or should i go with the 1500? Thanks
