I have a Ford Ranger that I installed an Alpine head unit, mtx thunder 250 amp, and a polk gnc 10" sub in. I get noise out of the sub at low volume, and sometimes a hum that only goes away when I cut the gain all the way back. Is this a ground noise or something else? what should I check...
