DrtySthV6SE, i see what youre saying, but its the way it tunes into the stations thats the issue..Depends on the mhz stages. In the UK we go up in .5mhz stages which im sure is different in the US?

Drill out pilot holes first so that all the wood is lined up and everything screws in ok. Remove all screws then allow glue along edges. Screw back all together and then seal all joints. job done
