    i know these are rare to find so its not like they are all over the place to compare prices that other people are selling them for. thats why i didn't post a price. i did a search and couldn't find anyone else who has sold one of these in the past to get and idea of where to start.

    i'd say $150 bucks a month off the rent for as long as you stay there for furnace use and slumlord being an *** and you get the keys to the washer and dryer keep all monies from all who use them.
