    do you know what a trim nail is it would take the place of a screw if i used screws it would split the end of the wood

    if by partical you mean OSB or oriented strand board like used to sheet a house that isnt what i used here are some pics of what i used the box wont be tested until i get back from camping next monday

    my dad helped my a lot with it i used his portable tablesaw to cut the peices i secured it with trim nails and Liquid Nails Heavy Duty Construction & Remodeling glue

    i made sure it was braced and everything and it seems really sturdy i guess i need to do things wrong see what happens and learn from it believe me if i had the money for 3/4" mdf thats what my box would be made out of

    the thing is i have 1/2 laying around so i mine as well try it and if it doesnt work ill just build a new one out of 3/4 and plus i just spent all the money i had on sub and amp and i have $0.00 for building supplies

    well the box is already made i think there is a little difference in between a 15" sub and a 10" sub if the box falls apart so be it ill just build another one
