My pioneer with the motorized faceplace deh-p9600mp had the big inside screen turn off. The lights used to light up on the inside faceplate but no longer do. I tried replacing the ribbon but that didn't help. Has anybody ever had this before? My unit was reset so I can't even turn my sub on...

sorry, one last question here. Do I need to seal the box before primering? Like use the wood glue/water mix or paint the box with resin?

I bought some of that spray paint that looks like stone and was wondering if I still need to primer my MDF box since it will be a rough finish afterwards.

I purposely left off the inches " after the 12 because of that. And thanks, I'll be installing my sub using these screws.
