will my subs be stable at 1 ohm? and since my subs are native at 4 ohms and pushing 400 rms each of them, i should ideally be getting an amp that pushes 800 rms at 4 ohms or 2?

Subs are wired to 4 ohms. My amp is giving 330 rms at 4 ohms. It's rated at 600 rms at 2 ohms, but I would have no idea how to wire it down to that. Budget fixed on original post.

New to the forums, bare with me. I'm fairly new to car audio. I have Two Pioneer TS-W308D4's in a vented box. 1400 max/400 rms. Dual 4ohm voice coils. I'm feeling the need to upgrade my amp to push my subs harder (the one i have now is a Sony xplod xm-zzr3301) and I need your recommendations...
