I am wanting a box for my bedroom. I bought a Boss audio P156DVC. It's a 15 inch sub and I will be powering it through a PYLE 2000 watt amp. The instructions say I need a 2.0ft enclosure. I know ported=louder so thats what I want. I don't know too much about building boxes..so yeah.

So this was a 300 Watt power supply? I like how clean it looks compared to mine. Unfortunately I need another 500 Watt supply.

2 10"s and 1 15". Should do great. You get that dirty low Bass and the 10's give you good Mid-Bass level sound.

If you had read my post directly above yours you would see that I have changed my mind. As far as a PC power supply what do you suggest as an alternative?

OK I did some more searching and I came across a better BOSS sub for 2 more dollars. I'm sure it is over rated as well but for the amount of money it can't be that bad. There are two more Boss subs that intrigue me. I can't step away from the fact that they are only 60 bucks. P156DVC 15 and...

Yeah I plan on getting a ported box. That Amp does look very nice and more professional than the PA. I'm going to look around and see if I can find that 15 for a cheaper price. It loos like a great system.

Ah...hrmm. Alright let me give you guys a budget. You all know way more about this than me. If I sell this amp for 50 bucks. I will have 175 to spend on this system. What should I go with and why?

I know it is over rated but at 57 dollars I cannot resist giving it a shot. I have a Power Akoustic Amp. The PS2-1250 with 1000 Watts of PC power supply running to it. Do you think 1000 watts is too much for the sub to handle? It says it is 1800W max and 900RMS. I know it is a lie but surely...

The one I am looking at right now is going to be for my Bedroom. I want crazy hard Bass in a cheap package. I bought a used 1250 watt Power Acoustic amp and am wanting to buy the BOSS CX154DVC For only 58 dollars this may be the best sub for the money. I will give my full review on this product...
