i am trying to upgrade my pos pyle 5.25" to a pair of alpine type-r 6.5". i know nothing about fabrication, and for some reason i can't quite find anything at the moment. i have a chrysler concorde '97 if that means anything. any suggestions or links would be great.

first off, you'll most-likely be running windows 98 on that thing, or a stripped down linux. that laptop will only support either pc100 or pc133 ram(rather old, hard to find) in my experience, a desktop that old will not boot w/ more then 512 megs of ram on average. -- hope that helps

everything checked out ok.....i ended up going on craigslist and i found a Performance Teknique ICBM-CLASS-D 3000max.....for $150.....what do you guys think....
