The plan was definitely to do the job right and dynamat the doors. Thanks for the input... So if I did the 6.5 audiofrog mid... I'd have to pick a tweeter right? How would I go about doing that? Would I need a crossover?

I actually saw the audiofrog gb60 which would fit in my truck. I just don't know anything about how I would add a tweeter or whatever. Would I need to buy a crossover?

I have a 1984 Ford F350 that i'm getting ready to upgrade the audio in. It only has 2 speakers so I really wanted to go with the very best I can considering that fact. The openings for the speakers are exactly 5" and there is 4" of depth to work with. So I can fit many 6.5" speakers as well...
