yeah..i guess i over reacted but after tuning a little and messing with the amp and deck, the subs sound way cleaner. still muddle at high levels. , but better. next thing to do is build the box....but im still iffy about getting my amp @ 1 ohm...might not work

Anyone try to run the 2500.1 @ 1 ohm. I know its 2 ohm stable but i cant get my subs @ 2 ohms, but the next best is 1 ohm. Let me know your thoughts..,.. Thanks.....

i didnt know you could wire (2) 4ohm dvc to 1 ohm....can you do it to 2 ohm? The amp is 2 ohm stable. Not sure about 1 ohm.

where can i find it? im so mad right now. I spent 500 bucks on the amp, spent 3 hours putting it in and it doesnt impress me sound quaility wise.

i have a 2002 tahoe, so im not to concernd w/ space but i do need some space.

Currently drive a 2002 Tahoe, i think stock alternator push 130 amps. Standard battery. Looking to power 2 15" L7 @ 2 ohms w/ a kx2500.1. Also have 300/4 JL Audio powering 2 sets of eclipse components. Cost is a factor. Looked at DEKA INTIMIDATOR D34 YELLOW TOP. No idea on an alternator yet...
