Ahhh what do you mean with 1/2" port walls? What if I use 3/4" MDF only, that's all I've got... And I don't quite understand how I'd build that? I find it sooo much easier if it's laid out like subwoofertools or RE's box calculator.

Fack. Okay, so if I've got about 50 or so of port area, is that going to be a big difference from 20 some? And what if I'm a over 3 cubes, like towards the 3.5 range just so I can get more port area? EDIT* What I'm looking at now, is 3.3cubes tuned @ 34.8hz with about 54 for port area. ??

Of Fs in regards to subwoofers... Basically, if my subs have an Fs of 37, it would not be wise to put them in a 4 cube box tuned to anything lower than that # of 37hz?? What happens when you do that? Also, how does size (cubes) affect tuning/sound/performance of woofer. Say, a 4 cube box tuned...
