It is BMW 540i, 2000 (see my first post). I mounted db5251 in such car (2-5/16") and they barely fit with small modification. So 2-5/16" is the limit.

They require large mounting depth and simply will not fit in my car doors.

I had TC9, but it does not work well in sealed box. TCSounds confirmed that and strongly recommends use it ported.

Sorry that you got offended, I was thinking about buying that amp, but absence of HPF bothered me. Little boy, do you know that ported sub may experience hyper excursion bellow tuning frequency which leads to dead sub? That is why most of mono subwoofer amplifiers have subsonic or high pass filter.

It seems it does not have subsonic or high pass filter. How do you use it for ported sub?
